A photo of me, Joe, wearing a black t-shirt and glasses smiling!

I’m a designer who likes untangling complex problems and making stuff with fun people. And watching Star Wars. Yeah.

Good design is honest. That’s the principle from Dieter Rams that has stuck with me—the best products are consistent and transparent. But today, they need to be much more than that.

My passion is making the complicated and cumbersome simple and engaging through thoughtful user-centered design. I believe that enthusiasm and the right attitude can win the hearts and minds of users, teammates, and stakeholders. In honing my craft I hope to help redefine what good design means in today’s world.

When I'm not thinking about design, you can find me biking my son around, making lists, or collecting vinyl. And cleaning. I love cleaning.

See something interesting? Say hello!
